Raise necessity in all that you do. This is the third habit that is being stressed upon in the best selling book High-Performance Habits by Brendon Burchard. He said that high performers raise necessity or create the demand for themselves to go for excellence. They set goals for themselves but deep inside they feel the necessity to deliver more than the result that they have aimed for.
High-Performers Create The Necessity To Excel
The reason why high-performers deliver excellent work is that they raise necessity to become better than what they are. They mostly compete with themselves and they feel the need to outlast or exceed their last performance or product. It all begins with a desire and eventually, it can become a high performing habit.
