One important skill that you must not miss when you are presenting your product, service or opportunity is the skill to listen. You need to listen to what your prospects would like to tell you and at the same time, you need to listen to their non-verbal voice. Being able to really listen to what they need will bring us more idea on the things that they need to know.
Listening Skill Is A Must
If you keep on talking, how can you listen. Perhaps having one mouth and two ears makes you realize that you need to talk less and listen more. Listen for needs and listen for buying signals. Sometimes there are things that cannot be heard with the words of your client, but can be conveyed through their actions.
