What is the best way to have the winner mindset?
Most of the times you wonder at how people do what they do. You are amazed how they are able to accomplish so much given so little to start with. It’s not all bed of roses, though. Having a winner mindset is a combination of simple habits that can help you achieve both your little and big goals.
Here are the eight things that I do to help me have the winner mindset. I will be sharing them with you and how I triumph over my everyday challenges.
#1 Meditate. Early in the morning, I dedicate at least 10-15 minutes of my time to meditate. It is great to have some headspace – and this can be achieved through a light flow of thoughts and guided meditation.
#2 Journal. Journaling had been a challenge for me. As I recall, I am not so fond of it, but for someone who has a very active mind like me, accounting my daily encounters helps. I use the Freedom Journal by John Lee Dumas. It helps me set my goals for the day and gives me something to review in the evening.
#3 Read Your Bible, Pray. The best thing that I do is to read my Bible and pray. This is how I draw my spiritual strength to be stronger than any hate, anger or bad thoughts throughout the day.
The Winner Mindset Takes It All
#4 Workout. I believe that motion causes emotion. It helps us release endorphins that make us happy and vitalized to go through our day. If you would allow it, life can always be sedentary, and meaningless and desperate. But if you are moving or doing a workout, you feel definitely light and better about yourselves and others.
#5 Great Breakfast. You need to have a great breakfast. It needs to have protein, and high in fats. Fats are the food of the brain, but of course, the good fats. Have some avocado and lots and lots f water.
#6 Do Your Affirmations. Right now, I am on the fourth edition of The Secret. I am reviewing how affirmation can help me have the right mindset. You need to affirm that you deserve all the best things that this world has to offer.
#7 Motivate Yourself. Bad days are inevitable. You need to find yourself a reason to do what you are doing everyday. You need know and examine the why’s behind you goals
#8 Bask In Quotes. Collect positivity quotes from famous people. Famous lines from famous people can serve as an inspiration. For sure they, they are the people who struggled like you, but won the odds in the long run.
Having the mindset of a winner does not happen overnight. It takes time and trial, errors and corrections and a whole lot of sacrifices.
