Focusing on errors is a sign of dissatisfaction. Dissatisfaction is a high-performance killer. Brendon Burchard in his book High-Performance Habits, mentioned that you need to be satisfied with what you have achieved. You also need to be forgiving about other's people's mistakes and give them the chance to improve themselves. If you are the kind of leader who keeps on focusing on errors, most likely there won't be anything that anyone can do right.
You Can't Rise When You Keep Focusing On Errors
When you see nothing but flaws and not doing anything about it, it will keep you down. It will keep you low emotionally and physically. All you know is that you are better and others are not. Instead, focus on the things that can strengthen you so that you can help others be strong as well. It always pays to focus on how to do things right rather than dwell in errors.
