Congruence and connections are the last two of the things that must be considered when you are building your confidence. You need to be congruence in the sense that you are what you are in all aspects of your life. According to Brendon Burchard in his book High-Performance Habits, congruence is being the rockstar both at home and at work. If you display your best qualities at work, you must do the same at home. By being congruent, you need not choose the kind of person that you are going to show, but you are authentically you.
Congruence Can Also Build You Connections
Because you are who and what you are in congruence to the many aspects of your life, you are likely to build connections. You get to be more interested with others. You build relationships easier because you do not have any pretentions.
