Indeed, complexity is the enemy of execution.

It is but easy to make an excuse not to do it if the task is too complicated. This is human nature. Being in sales for more than 15 years, you need to pattern everything to how human nature works.

When something is too complex for you to understand and if there are too many steps to take, your prospects would not even bother to take a look at the product, service or opportunity that you are offering.

Make Everything Doable By Making It Simple

As they say, you have to KISS in everything that you do. This means that you have to “keep it short and simple,” may it be the instructions or tasks or anything that you want to do.

The secret to making things happen is to be short and succinct, but powerful in the message that you would like to convey.
