Always Turn Your Thoughts Into Feelings Of Gratefulness

Always turn your thoughts into feelings of gratefulness.

This is a mantra that I have lived my life with. Living in beautiful Kauai is a privilege that I am grateful for. Here, I get to do a lot of things that I can not do or would not be interested in doing should I be in another place.

The kind of afternoon that we have here is being at the beach, body surfing, paddle boarding or just relaxing and burrying my toes in the sand. Most of all, being here in this state makes me realize the many other things in life that I have to be grateful for.

Your thought can become your actions. If you think of gratefulness always, then your actions will always lead to paying all kindness forward. You can control how and what you think and how and what to feel.

Turn Your Thoughts And Feel Hyped With Gratefulness

Usually, when you think of something, it follows that you feel that you think. You need to feed your thoughts with all the good stuff. With this, you can feel good and feel better. This is the way thoughts and feelings work.

Gratefulness is the key to happiness. There are so many things in life that can bring you diappointments and stresses, but you need to make a difference by thinking about the things that you are privileged to have and do.
